Describing Adam Milstein

Described as a commercial property developer and investor who works at Hager Properties, Mr. Milstein was born in Haifa, in 1952. He grew up in Kiryat Motzkin and served as Israeli defense personnel in the famous Yom Kippur War. Shortly after, he left to join Technion School. Here, Milstein majored in science and economics. He graduated and met his wife, Gila Elgrably with whom he sired two daughters. As a dedicated family man, Milstein wanted to offer his family the best life ever. Consequently, he left his country with his family to settle in America. What is more, he joined the South Carolina University for a master’s degree in business administration. Milstein passed with honors and later entered the commercial real estate market.

Career and Contribution

Career-wise, Milstein has focused his expertise in real estate ventures. As such, he serves as the senior managing partner of Hager Pacific Properties, a company that owns more than 100 properties in America’s property market. Beyond that, the company deals with the acquisition, rehabilitation, retail as well as the repositioning of property. In his capacity as the managing director, Milstein oversees Hager Properties’ acquisition, accounting as well as financing.
